EPF & ESI Process

  • ESIC Monthly Process:

The Employees State Insurance Scheme is being executed area-wise by phases. The Scheme has already been implemented in different areas in the following States/Union Territories of Indian Union. All the States except Manipur, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram.

Under Section 2(12) the Act is applicable to non-seasonal factories employing 10 or more persons. Under Section 1(5) of the Act, the Scheme has been extended to shops, hotels, restaurants, cinemas including preview theatres, road-motor transport undertakings and newspaper establishments employing 20* or more persons.

Further under section 1(5) of the Act, the Scheme has been extended to Private Medical and Educational institutions employing 20* or more persons in certain States/UTs.

*Note: 14 State Govts. / UTs have reduced the threshold limit for coverage of shops and other establishments from 20 to 10 or more persons. Remaining State Governments/UTs are in the process of reducing the same.

With effect from 01 January 2017 wage limit for coverage under the Act is Rs. 21,000/- per month.

An employer is liable to pay his contribution in respect of every employee and deduct employees contribution from wages bill and shall pay these contributions to the Corporation within 21 days of the Calendar month in which the contributions fall due.

To ease the burden of the Clients we are facilitating our services with the following process as mention below;

  • Obtaining IP Numbers on regular basis.
  • Monthly uploading esi contribution and generating Challans after validating the ESI Statement.
  • Submission of Challans to the bank for payment before due date.
  • ESIC Self Certification and HYR uploading.
  • EPF Monthly Process:

The employees’ provident fund and miscellaneous provisions act 1952 applies to the factories engaged in manufacturing units or to other establishments notified and engaging 20 or more employees. It is applicable and mandatory statutory obligation of each establishments/factories as mentioned in the EPF Act. To facilitate easy compliance by the big industries , micro, small and medium enterprises(MSME), other establishments we are providing the quality base services as per the requirements. Employees’ Provident Fund monthly process as follows;

  • PF Register updating – Form 9.
  • Uploading Digital Signature Certificate.
  • Monthly uploading of PF contributions and generating Challans after validating the Monthly Statement.
  • Submission of Challans to the bank for payment before due date.
  • Facilitate UAN Generation and UAN Linking.
  • Activating UAN for each employees.
  • Uploading KYC Documents.
  • Validating and submission of EPF Withdrawal and Transfer Forms to the department.
